Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us as soon as possible if there are problems with your order. Returns accepted for 30 days following ship date. 

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Returned items may be subject to a small restocking fee. You may want to insure your return; we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping, handling and processing charges are non-refundable. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Sales of books, instant downloads, patterns, and kits are final and are not eligible for return/refund.

No refunds after 30 days. We do not do exchanges - please return for refund and place a new order if you would like to exchange.
